By booking an appointment, purchasing our retail products, or utilizing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 1. Booking and Appointments Reservations: Appointments can be booked through our online platform, via phone, or in person. To secure certain premium packages or group bookings, a valid credit card or deposit may be required. Arrival Time: We request that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness. Your service will end on time so that the next client is not delayed. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We understand that schedules change; however, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to show up for a scheduled appointment ("No-Show"), may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% to 100% of the reserved service cost. 3. Pricing and Payments All prices displayed on our website, menus, or admin portal are subject to change without prior notice. Payment for all salon services and retail products is due immediately upon completion of the service or at checkout. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. 4. Health, Allergies, and Customer Conduct Medical Conditions: It is the client's responsibility to notify their stylist or therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or pregnancies before the service begins. Cosmic Beauty Salon is not liable for adverse reactions to products if pre-existing conditions were not disclosed. Right to Refuse Service: We maintain a professional, respectful environment. Cosmic Beauty Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, rudeness, or intoxication. 5. Refund Policy Services: We aim for 100% satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a service received, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. While we do not issue monetary refunds for services rendered, we will gladly invite you back for a complimentary adjustment. Products: Unopened retail products in their original packaging can be exchanged or returned for salon credit within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by a valid receipt. 6. Limitation of Liability Cosmic Beauty Salon, its staff, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, booking errors, or services rendered, except where explicitly required by local consumer laws. 7. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
